We want to inform all our clients that fake emails are being sent using the name “Zluck Solutions” and “Maulik Vora”.
These emails are not from us. The sender is using Gmail addresses like:
The message usually says things like:
- “WordPress Support called after a conference meeting”
- “Your site is not compliant”
- “Domain renewal and required plugin setup must be done before a deadline (example: Dec 20, April 25)”
- “Your site may be flagged or shut down”
- Sometimes it also pushes “full SEO setup”
How to know it is fake
- The email is coming from a Gmail address, not our domain.
- It uses fear words like “shut down”, “flagged”, “urgent deadline”.
- It asks for quick action without giving proper billing, clear scope, or official renewal details.
Our official communication rules
- We only send business emails from @zluck.com (example: info@zluck.com, maulik@zluck.com).
- We never ask for passwords, OTPs, or payment details on email.
- If something needs renewal (domain, hosting, plugin), we share proper details (what it is, why it is needed, exact cost, and next steps).
- We do not use fear or threats to get work.
What you should do if you received the fake email
- Ignore it. Do not reply.
- Do not click any link or download any file.
- Mark it as Spam / Phishing in your email app.
- If you want, forward it to us at maulik@zluck.com so we can track patterns.
